- Added an Advanced Search page to Doculog to allow users to search for specific queries with less limitation than the Invoice grid. Meant mostly for Customer Support users, but it is available to everyone

- Added a version number to request for the site.css, so that it's cached version is invalidated on a new version of the app

- Changing the date filter in the grid column of the Invoices or Statements grid will now also set the fitlers above to the same date
- Made a small style change to the grid column filters to give a bit more space for the text of the filter in the input field

- Disabled the option to sort the Download column on all Doculog grids
- Removed filtering options from the date column in the Invoices and Statement grids since they would not work anyway
