New Features

• Invoices from the Great Plains system that were missing from the list of invoices will now appear with a type of "MKT"
  this is a database only change

• The Customer ID filter on the Invoices and Advanced Search page have been updated to include more customers, including those that only had invoices that came from the GP system

Bug Fixes

• Changed the way download links are created to include the Customer ID in the request to avoid issues where multiple invoices exist with the same ID but for different stores, sometimes making the download link foward to the wrong invoice document
